Everyone has pain. I want to normalize this for you. Hurt is universal. Sometimes there can be a misconception that feelings are better held in than shared. This is not only untrue but it can cause many other resulting problems that bring the temptation to exclude, withdraw and isolate. If you feel like your problem is too big to be heard...I want to assure you...it isn't. Start by journaling if you need to ease into it. Getting your heart to a place where it can be open for sharing can make a large difference in your overall mental health.
