Sometimes we only have a minute or two for self-care...and sometimes that is the time it takes to stand in line at the store or coffee shop. So how do we implement a healthy moment for ourselves into condensed space?

If you are wondering the right answer it is C. We make a plan. How? We decide from a list. While waiting in line we can do one or more of the following:
-Take deep breaths
-Think of things that make us smile (visualize)
-Consider the things that we are grateful for
-keep a good book handy to catch up on
